Devious Journal Entry

Wed Dec 26, 2007, 10:02 AM
My brother received the Holy Grail for Christmas, by which I mean Zelda: Twilight Princess.
He has been parked in front of the television for about 24 hours playing it, and I assume he'll stay there until he runs out of the mints and Halvah he's been living on and is forced to find an alternate source of nourishment.
I have never been into games. I tried playing Myst a while back, but I lost myself in the world with the pipes and water pump and gave up. Yesterday, though, I actually gave Zelda a try (my brother was very obliging) and really enjoyed it.
I spent another hour voluntarily playing it this morning.
If I beat this one, it will be a record. If school starts before I finish, however, I'll never get around to it. Such is life.

Goodness. Your brother is corrupting you. Have fun with Twilight Princess. It's supposed to be really good, though from what I know of the Zelda series, there should be enough puzzles to keep you occupied for a while. The art is really cool though, and the storyline is interesting.

Such a pity Myst didn't work out. Oh well.

School didn't stop me from finishing Twilight Princess last year. I just got a ton slower once I came back.
