I haven't died!!!

Tue Mar 14, 2006, 12:27 PM
... although calculus homework has probably been fatal in the past.
No, I'm still alive and kicking. In the wake of the wonderful month of February (in the cloud-cover capital of the planet), my room has degenerated into simply a pile, in the midst of which I can usually unearth my bed; but that's the only thing I really use my room for anyway. I'm definitely due for some major spring cleaning, though. (first task: detonate atomic bomb.)
My artistic muse, uppity little waif that she is, fled the swampy February climate by going on vacation in Bermuda - leaving me behind, of course, so I can keep up on my calculus. Every once in a while she does this, abandoning me, leaving me sitting at the table doodling away without inspiration until I jam the pencil into my head and weep with frustration. My latest tactic to deal with this is to just stop trying to draw without her, and await her leisure to return - and when she does, I refuse to draw for a few days until she gets so impatient that she throttles me. Then we accomplish things. The key is to wait until the time is right.
The time is going to have to be right this month, apparently. We've got this auction coming up to benefit the school, along with a talent/project show, and I plan to have a nice new batch of things to contribute. I've already got some work from the past year that qualifies, but heck, I want MORE. Always do.
Blah blah blah.
In other news, we got a new dishwasher. It's like the peak of today's technology. All shiny and white, and so big inside that I could probably get my brother in there.
My friend/classmate and I have become each other's artistic accountability partners - I make her practice her piano and she makes me draw my drawings, and we refrain from beating each other. We also do calculus together.
Weeelll.... okay, I'm all out of breath. Rather, I have to get off the computer now and do some stuff in the real world. So, tootles!

P.S. There you go, law - an actual journal entry! I really should do this more often.

Errrrrr.... did you just call me "law"" Hmmm...

*pause*

*runs around in circles while yelling "My name is Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed-Ed!"*

..........

We bought a new Korean pickling refrigerator a while ago. It is large enough to hold not one but TWO sets of quartered human remains! How is your bunny? I like your bunny. It is a good bunny. *huggles the bunny*

In other news, Julia and I are going to initiate a proper PGSA scrapbook. We'll let you know when that takes off.

Keep slaying that demmed calculus homework!

HAHAHA! i dunno why i called you law... *shrug*
The bunny is fine. He has begun to shed. He doesn't shed like cats shed... he sheds like, tufts. But no bald patches.
Man, THAT would look weird. Bald bunny.
Awesome idea! You two are collaborating on a scrapbook? You'll have to bring it to the reunion. I've done about five pages of mine so far... I'm gonna have to put the afterburners on to keep up with you geniuses.
Vince says we need to get together again... I've been thinking... I live about 2 hours away from Mercyhurst, so maybe you easties can come to my house before and-or after the reunion? We'd put you up for a few days. :D
